DSewa is an instant money transfer service for Nepal that offers a comprehensive way to pay online bills, make recharges, and transfer money with one click. DSewa provides a safe and fast platform for online payments, including Recharge, Bill Payment, Remittance, and Money Transfer.

Additionally, DSewa has a technical tie-up with service provider companies to enable Indo-Nepal Remittance Facility, a cross-border remittance scheme to transfer funds from India to Nepal.

Bus Ticket and Event Booking are also supported by DSewa. You all know that you can send money to Nepal through DSewa, but you may not know how to send money. 'Don't worry anymore, through this blog I will teach you how to add money on DSewa wallet.

How To Add Money

First of all I want to inform you whether your KYC has been verified or not? If yes then very good, if not, do KYC first. To do KYC you need to call DSwa number or go to DSewa location. Now I am teaching you how to add money on DSewa wallet. Please follow this instruction:

Open DSewa App, login if not.

After Opening DSewa click on "ADD MONEY NOW"



Then, click on "ADD MONEY NOW"



"Are you sure your Remittance KYC complete or Limit available?" This seems to be the message, then click YES. Then, there can be seen which payment method you have. 

Select the any method of payment (GPay, Paytm, PhonePe) and pay by entering the details of your virtual account.


After sending the money to your DSewa virtual account, wait for a while and then it will be visible in the wallet. You may know that if you send money through IMPS then it happens immediately if you send NEFT through it happens in minimum 2 hours.

If you want to load money in any of your mobile banking through DSewa wallet, open your mobile banking app and click on transfer money and fill the add payee form that your DSewa has created a virtual account and send it by filling in the correct details. First you need to add payee details like this:

Payee Type - Same Bank/Other Bank

Account Number - DSAW8682020756
Re-enter Account Number - DSAW8682020756
IFSC Code - UTIB0CCH274
Payee Account Name - Jwala Gurung (Your Name)
Account Type - Saving (Automatically)

Click "Sumbit"

Again Click on "Transfer Money"

Transfer to

Enter payee name - Select the name just you added before
Amount - 1000 (Your desire)
Please enter remarks - Optional (Nepal Remittance)
Transfer Type (Other Bank) - IMPS, NEFT, RTGS (Your desire)

Click on "Proceed", Then Confirm Transaction, click on "CONFIRM"

Then send credit request, To make a CREDIT REQUEST, do this




No need credit request if sending on DSewa virtual account
